On Saturday 29th March, What We Wore brought their live archive to Strut London.
Photographer Nina Manandhar is the brains behind the project. For the past year, Nina has been searching out images in order to create a people’s style archive. The best images will form a book to be published by Prestel later this year. The live archive, which has also been held at the Tate and Ace Hotel, gives people an opportunity to find out more about the project, scan their images and tell their story.
We asked Strut London friends and family, members of the arts and fashion communities and London Fields locals to join us in store for a drink and contribute their photographs. Thank you once again to everyone who took the time to come down, we loved looking at your photographs.
Strut London founder Hoana Poland submitted her own image and made it onto the front page of Dazed Digital – read her story on the What We Wore website.
